Theresa Lieberman
Founder & President
Theresa Lieberman is an event producer, marketing professional, entrepreneur, and longtime advocate for the arts and Downtown Daytona Beach. Her career in marketing and event production spans more than three decades, beginning in 1990 and including work with Mario and Michael Andretti and Andretti Enterprises, Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), International Speedway Corporation, the News-Journal Center, and Southern Title. Through Riverfront Arts District, Theresa brings together artists, businesses, schools, nonprofits, sponsors, and community partners to create programs and events that strengthen the cultural and economic vitality of the region.
Josh Lieberman
Founder & Vice President
Josh Lieberman is an accomplished video producer, director, editor, and digital content professional with more than 25 years of experience in sports, live events, broadcast production, and storytelling. His career has included production roles with Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), Champ Car World Series, International Speedway Corporation, and NASCAR Productions. He currently serves as a Digital Content Specialist with Brown & Brown. Josh brings extensive creative, technical, and production expertise to RAD, helping support its events, visual storytelling, and community-focused initiatives.
Jayme Dickey
Executive Board Member
Jayme Dickey is an entrepreneur, commercial real estate professional, marketing strategist, and community leader with more than two decades of experience helping businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs build meaningful connections and turn ideas into action. She is a former owner and publisher in the real estate media industry and currently serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of Daytona Beach. Jayme is deeply engaged in the Daytona Beach community and brings particular expertise in strategic partnerships, sponsorship development, marketing, relationship building, and community engagement to the Riverfront Arts District Board.
